| The quoting system can handle ‘one off’ orders to include production details and costs or use standard bills of materials as the basis for the quote. The history of quotes entered, the value to different work centres and rates of conversion to orders can be reported on in detail. When quotes are accepted for production, all the information is already in the production system, ready to go into the BOM Software. This is just one example of how AMS helped a manufacturer. |
