eYFS is a highly configurable remote service application providing for the creation and/or scheduling of work orders, dispatched to field workers via any IP capable network. In the field, the worker has visibility of the job details, parts inventory, consumables, work instructions and any additional relevant information for the work order. Once on-site, the worker can record information about work undertaken such as cause and remedy or fault code information and parts applied to the job. Changes to job status and time spent on the job are tracked automatically. Once the job or activity is complete, settlement functionality is provided and signatures are captured to confirm proof of works completed. With integration to ABM a work-order can be generated, tracked and posted without any manual intervention. |
